About The Role

The Merchandise Planning Analyst supports the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies across the EMEA region. This role partners cross-functionally to drive assortment planning, analyze performance, and ensure data accuracy to support informed business decisions and successful product launches.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising plans across EMEA channels
• Assist in building channel execution plans, including product selection, assortment strategy, and launch timing by category
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of product data across internal systems and external platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align on product strategy and execution
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and business reviews for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns across channels
• Prepare, update, and manage Excel-based reporting and planning tools
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in merchandising, visual merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Interest in sports, outdoor lifestyle, and consumer trends
