Senior Learning & Development Specialist - #54653

At Hunkemöller, we believe learning should be engaging, practical and connected to the business. As our Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping learning initiatives and talent programs that help our retail colleagues develop, perform and grow.

In this role, you will act as a learning partner for the business, translating capability needs into impactful learning solutions. From designing blended learning programmes to supporting talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives, you will help build future-ready talent pipelines across the organisation.You will work closely with HR, Retail and business stakeholders to make sure our learning and talent approach supports our strategic priorities and reflects who we are: light-hearted, curious, empowering and authentic.What you’ll do

• Identify capability gaps and translate them into relevant learning initiatives
• Design, implement and improve learning programmes, both online and offline
• Develop innovative learning solutions, including digital and blended learning formats
• Support talent management processes such as talent reviews and succession planning
• Contribute to high-potential and leadership development programmes
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support talent pipelines
• Support individual development plans and advise stakeholders on learning and talent topics
• Coordinate L&D and talent projects from concept to delivery
• Measure the effectiveness of initiatives using feedback, KPIs and business impact
• Stay up to date with trends and developments in learning, development and talent management
  
  

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with exposure to Talent Management
• Experience designing and implementing learning programmes in a fast-paced retail organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Experience with digital, blended and classroom-based learning formats
• Knowledge of talent processes such as succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development
• Project management skills and the ability to deliver initiatives on time and with impact
• A data-informed mindset, with the ability to use KPIs, feedback and insights to improve learning effectiveness
• Strong communication and advisory skills, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across different functions
• A curious and proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in learning
• Fluency in Dutch is plus.
