The Traineeship: From Hands-on to High-Level

This isn't a "sit and watch" program. This is a hands-on track. You will start at the heart of our warehouse operations, mastering the fundamentals of logistics before taking full command of a team and optimizing the processes that drive our global distribution.

Your Mission:

• Manage teams of 3–10 people across various departments, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and hitting their marks.
• Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities—ensuring our logistics run smoothly, no matter which department needs you most that day.
• Design smart rosters to ensure we have maximum availability during peak times.
• Maintain our reputation by overseeing strict quality control on every single shipment that enters or leaves the building.
• Don't just follow the manual—help us write it. You'll identify bottlenecks and implement smarter ways to work.
