About Us
Dyson is a global technology company. We solve problems others choose to ignore with pioneering technology that works better. Our People team helps create the conditions for our people to do their best work, building distinctive experiences that support growth, performance and long-term success. Within EMEA, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in finding and engaging the people who will help shape Dyson’s future across our Central Markets.
About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll identify, engage and secure the exceptional talent Dyson needs to keep moving forward. Based in the Netherlands, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management, with a clear focus on pace, quality and candidate experience.
This is a consultative role. You’ll advise the business, challenge where needed, share best practice and build sourcing strategies that reach exceptional talent in competitive markets.
Your focus will be hiring into our Market teams across functions including sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail, supply chain and finance. This role will directly support Dyson’s growth across key European markets by building the teams behind our commercial performance.
Strong relationships will be central to your success. You’ll work with business leaders; guide hiring teams through effective selection decisions and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. At Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses. Through a comprehensive package of Financial, Lifestyle, and Health Benefits, we provide support tailored to every stage of life and the moments that matter most.
Working policy
Our campus culture is built on connection—collaboration in person, shared creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a hybrid arrangement. Working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging, and keeps us pushing boundaries together.
Please note
At Dyson in the Netherlands, all new joiners start on a fixed-term contract, with the intention to move to a permanent contract after the first year.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and employment decisions are made without regard to race, colour, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other any other dimension of diversity.
