Drop into the role

As an intern, you'll be a valuable member of our Digital & Product Innovation team: diving into the details that make our webshops perform and our customers keep coming back. From optimising product pages and improving customer journeys to streamlining workflows and keeping our content consistent across every market, your work will have a direct impact on how Dopper grows its direct channels.

Mission Objectives

• You help maintain and optimise product detail pages across our three webshops (B2C, B2B, and B2R), ensuring every page is accurate, on-brand, and built to convert.
• You collaborate on product launches and webshop updates, making sure new products and campaigns go live smoothly and consistently across all direct channels.
• You track and analyse the user behaviour across our webshops, using web analytics and heatmap tools to spot friction points and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You optimise B2C and B2B customer journeys by improving workflows and forms; think newsletter sign-up flows, the automated emails that follow, and the communications customers receive after placing an order.
• You support the restructuring of our FAQ; improving the content, structure, and navigation across all languages so customers can always find the answers they need.
• You support localisation across our webshop content and checking consistency to ensure our message lands the same way everywhere.
  
  

This is you, right?

• You are currently enrolled in a European school and following an HBO or university course in either Marketing and Communications or Economics & Business.
• You are looking for an experience internship. Due to the nature of this internship, we unfortunately cannot do graduation internships. Only universities in the Netherlands.
• You are available for a minimum of 5 months, for 32 up to 40 hours per week as from September 7th, 2026.
• Your language skills are amazing, especially in English. Dutch is not mandatory. French or German would be considered a plus.
• You love everything digital & are detail-oriented.
• You would describe yourself as flexible and look forward to work in a scale-up environment.
