As Engineering Project Manager you will be managing capital investment projects to secure future capabilities, productivity, and compliancy of the production facility. Leading multi-functional teams to deliver on time, in full and always ensuring safety and quality.

What will you do?

• Project management- ensuring that projects are delivered according to the required quality and performance standards, positive customer satisfaction and within the project plan & budget.
• Development and proposal for project scope, qualification, installation & validation plans, budget & staffing of project teams to guarantee vertical start-ups.
• Monitors and reports periodically on project status, ensuring key stakeholders, users and project team are aligned on objectives and outcomes; as well as ensuring proper risk management & mitigation.
• Technical engineering- oversees and provides direction to designers, consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to assure conformance with engineering practices, standards and codes.
• Continuous improvement- Develops project standards and project management methodologies.
  
  

Who are you?

• You will have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably with a technical background)
• Good communication skills, verbally and written in English; Dutch is preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and executing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Stage Gate) and familiar with Global Guidelines, GAMP, EU Food Law and EHEDG, PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of executing and translating operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and feasible solutions
• Analytical thinker, strong organizer, flexible and team player.
