As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving critical manufacturing processes within a high-volume production setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, high yield, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using data-driven approaches (e.g., SPC)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process deviations and technical issues on the production floor
- Lead root cause analyses and implement improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining and qualifying process parameters and technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and process reports
- Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure process stability and knowledge transfer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
- Experience in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis (e.g., Minitab, SPC)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, DOE, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
