Sr Project Manager - #55775

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager who excels at leading strategic, complex and cross-functional projects that deliver tangible value to the business. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to project teams. You know how to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.

In addition to leading high-impact projects, you will contribute to the professionalization of project management across the organization. As part of our Project Management Office (PMO), you’ll support the consistent and effective execution of the EMEA project portfolio—helping teams deliver with focus, quality, and pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from planning through execution to successful implementation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient delivery and risk mitigation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments, aligning priorities and managing interdependencies.
• Inspire, lead, and empower project teams to deliver projects on time and in full,
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels through clear, structured reporting and updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
• Collaborate with sr. management stakeholders to drive commitment, ownership and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote and apply best-in-class project management practices across the organization, supporting a culture of effective delivery.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or Social Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in an international business environment.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in supporting change programs that deliver bottom-line impact.
• Preferably PMP, Prince2 or IPMA certified.
• Skilled in managing internal sr. management stakeholder relationships and conflicts of interest,
• Thrives in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
• Passionate about leading cross functional teams and driving improvement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (Dutch and German are a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
