Warehouse Inbound Specialist - #56061

Simply Green B.V. is a fast-growing European B2B distributor of cannabis and smoking accessories. From our Almere warehouse we supply retailers and distributors across Europe, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.

As our Inbound Specialist, you will own the entire inbound process from receiving supplier deliveries through to accurate inventory registration in NetSuite and ensuring stock is stored in the correct warehouse locations.

Your work directly supports warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and financial control. By ensuring every delivery is received correctly, recorded accurately and stored properly, you enable the wider warehouse team to operate efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

Receiving & Booking In

• Receive supplier deliveries safely and efficiently


• Check deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists


• Inspect quantities, product specifications and condition


• Create accurate Item Receipts in NetSuite


• Ensure system inventory matches physical stock

Put-away & Inventory Accuracy

• Store products in the correct warehouse bin locations


• Record lot numbers and expiry dates accurately


• Maintain organised warehouse locations for efficient picking


• Keep the Goods In area clean and structured

Discrepancy Management

• Identify shortages, overages and damaged goods


• Move discrepancies to the designated Stock Discrepancy location


• Report issues to the Warehouse Manager, Procurement and Finance


• Support supplier claims and discrepancy investigations

Customer Returns

• Receive and inspect returned products


• Process customer returns in NetSuite


• Determine whether products should be returned to stock or quarantined

Warehouse Standards

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised receiving area


• Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements


• Support continuous improvement of inbound processes

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 1 year of Goods In, Receiving or Warehouse Inbound experience


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Comfortable learning ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage)


• Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse stock


• Good working English


• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of your work

Preferred

• Dutch language skills


• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/WMS


• Experience with batch, lot or expiry-controlled inventory


• Experience working with warehouse scanning systems


• Interest in cannabis accessories, CBD or vaping products

What We Offer

• €35,000–€37,000 gross per year, depending on your experience


• Annual performance bonus of 10% of base salary


• 8% holiday allowance, paid monthly


• 20 vacation days plus Dutch public holidays


• One additional vacation day per completed year of service (up to five extra days)


• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
