You will sustainably grow our wholesale business in the Netherlands, drive the expansion of our partner-based Tamaris store network and shape the local market and sales strategy.

With your strong understanding of sales, retail and market potential, you will strengthen the Tamaris brand presence and take responsibility for our growth in the Dutch market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a local market and sales strategy
• Take full responsibility for sales revenue and profitability
• Expand and independently manage existing retail partners and key accounts
• Plan and conduct seasonal order rounds
• Ensure an outstanding brand presentation at the POS
• Acquire new strategic retail partners within the footwear and fashion retail sector
• Conduct location analyses and drive expansion planning
• Identify, recruit and onboard suitable franchisees and partners to expand the Tamaris store network
• Negotiate and conclude partnership agreements
• Manage the opening of new stores
• Ensure compliance with Tamaris brand and retail standards
• Actively manage retail space performance
• Conduct profitability analyses and continuously monitor KPIs and business performance
• Work closely with the Head of Sales and the headquarters
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of experience as a Retail Manager, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager within the fashion, footwear or lifestyle industry
• Proven track record of success in retail and/or wholesale sales
• Experience in developing franchise networks or partner-based retail concepts
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch market
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven approach to business management
• Fluent English language skills with strong business and negotiation proficiency
