About The Role

As E-commerce & CRM Assistant, you support the E-commerce Team in running various online activities, including website merchandising, campaign launches and online marketing. You participate in a proactive and creative way on various online initiatives that contribute to growing our own online channel - with a particular focus on merchandising in Shopify and building the email campaigns that keep our CRM calendar moving.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day merchandising and product catalogue management in Shopify, and manage, maintain and optimise Gisou.com, including landing pages, product pages and campaign pages.
• Support optimisation of onsite experiences: sitewide search, filtering, category structure and merchandising strategies.
• Build, schedule and QA email campaigns, assisting with briefing and deployment and working together with the CRM Manager.
• Translate brand strategy into content and campaign execution — from product launches to promotional mechanics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute projects efficiently, and provide day-to-day support to the Ecommerce Intern.
• Monitor performance, building reporting to support the merchandising and overall D2C E-commerce strategy.
  
  

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of e-commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience working in Shopify (or a comparable ecommerce platform).
• Sharp eye for onsite detail, strong organisation, and clear written communication.
