YOUR ROLE AS A COOK

As a Cook, you will be part of a fast-moving, ambitious, and successful culinary team that is redefining hospitality. You will prepare high-quality dishes, contribute creative ideas, and help deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests. Your Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our menu, recipes, and quality standards.
• Ensuring all dishes are presented consistently and to a high standard before service.
• Assisting with the preparation and mise en place for lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met and adhered to.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Contributing ideas for menu development and continuously improving the guest dining experience.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU’’LL BRING

• MBO culinary education or equivalent level of training and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a desire to continuously develop your culinary skills.
