Position: Creative Producer

Location: Amsterdam

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and proactive content creator who can bring people along on our mission to power thousands of climate tech solutions. As a Creative Producer, you will join our marketing team to create content that resonates with our audience, inspires action, and ultimately helps grow our community. Running various projects to expand our reach. If you're a self-starter with a passion for creating impactful content, this is a position for you! The Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can make fund investing feel accessible, exciting, and trustworthy. Your content will inspire people to take the next step in their climate investing journey. While content creation is the core of this role, the scope is broad and cross-functional.

What You'll Do

• Write authentic, human copy and content — with support from AI tools where it adds value
• Produce video and audio content, coordinating external freelancers where needed
• Manage projects and stakeholders from first idea through to final delivery
• Contribute to and execute on the creative strategy and brand direction
• Research the market and our customers to deeply understand what moves them
• Create content across social channels, our impact newsletter, webinars, campaigns, and more
• Support sales, product launches, events, and website updates
  
  

Who You Are

• Genuinely curious about the world of investing, finance, and new technology
• A creative mind that can translate insights and complex ideas into compelling stories
• Pragmatic and hands-on — you don't just ideate, you produce
• A strong collaborator who manages stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Comfortable with ownership, iteration, and working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Familiar with generative AI tools and how to use them thoughtfully
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative or content role
• Bonus: Dutch language skills and/or experience at a fast-moving scale-up
• Bonus: Demonstrated passion for climate or climate tech
