Your Role:

As a Product Designer at Hadrian, you will shape the visual and functional future of our cybersecurity platform and help define how users experience security at scale.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers to translate complex “hacker logic” into intuitive, elegant, and highly functional product experiences. From discovery and workflows to polished UI and implementation quality, you’ll own the design process end-to-end across impactful product initiatives.

In this role, you will combine strong product thinking with exceptional visual design skills to create experiences that empower users to understand and act on complex security insights with confidence. You’ll help evolve our design system, raise the quality bar across the platform, and contribute strategically to Hadrian’s long-term product direction.

What you will do as a Product Designer at Hadrian:

• Own End-to-End Product Design: Lead design initiatives from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity execution and implementation.
• Simplify Complexity: Design elegant workflows and interfaces that make complex cybersecurity concepts intuitive and actionable.
• Elevate Hadrian’s Product Experience: Help shape a world-class visual language and ensure consistency, usability, and quality across the platform.
• Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on user needs, product strategy, and technical feasibility.
• Drive Design Quality: Contribute to and evolve our design system in Figma while continuously improving UX and UI standards across the product.
• Use Research & Feedback: Leverage user insights, product data, and experimentation to inform design decisions and iterate effectively.
• Bridge Design & Implementation: Partner with engineers to ensure experiences are implemented thoughtfully and with high visual fidelity.
  
  

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have 4–6 years of experience in product or visual (UI/UX) design, preferably on complex B2B or technical products.
• Possess strong visual and interaction design skills. You have a deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and usability.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual execution.
• Think beyond screens and flows as you understand product strategy, user needs, and business impact.
• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning abstract, messy problems into clear and intuitive experiences.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Understand technical constraints and enjoy working closely with engineering teams.
• Are genuinely curious about Cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Take ownership and proactively push projects forward rather than waiting for direction..
  
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience designing for cybersecurity products.
• Strong experience with design systems and scalable component thinking.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React or experience collaborating closely on front-end implementation.
• Experience conducting user research, mapping workflows, and contributing to product strategy.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, or visual exploration.
• Illustration or iconography skills that can help strengthen Hadrian’s visual identity.
