What To Expect During Your Internship
As part of the Purchasing & Assortment department, you’ll join a team that plays a central role in managing product categories and shaping pricing strategies. Within this environment, the Pricing team focuses on building competitive pricing approaches and ensuring accurate online pricing across markets.
In this role, you’ll contribute to analyzing and optimizing how our business operates. You’ll map and clearly document operational processes, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the way we work. It’s a hands-on experience for someone who enjoys understanding how systems function, spotting ways to enhance them, and turning ideas into measurable results.

What To Expect During Your Internship

Your Responsibilities
- Map and document existing operational processes across different departments
- Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and validate proposed changes
- Support the implementation of process optimization initiatives
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Contribute to cross functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and overall quality
- You are a 3 rd or 4 th year Bachelor student studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- You have a keen interest in operations, project management, and process improvement
- You have excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- You are proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- You are a good communicator and know how to manage relationships with different stakeholders
- You have good spoken and written English skills
- You can work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, located in Venlo
- You are available full-time from September 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months

- A competitive internship allowance of €500 gross per month, plus a travel allowance (if applicable)
- 15 days of holiday during a 6-month internship (3 days per internship month)
