Digital Marketing Intern - #50048

ARE YOU READY TO BE OUR NEXT TALENT? BenQ Europe is looking for a marketing intern who will access the fantastic world of our Monitors, Projectors and Interactive Displays.

Our intern will provide direct support to the digital marketing team in maintaining and updating the company’s website, including B2B and B2C pages in multiple languages, and will also be part of our daily marketing operations, which include the European market.

Core tasks

Website Content Management:

• Make cool updates to the site, like tweaking text, swapping out images, and updating product specs based on what’s been communicated.
• Help maintain a smooth, user-friendly, and error-free website experience across different platforms and pages.
• Support the implementation of website updates received from HQ across multiple regional and local websites, making sure content stays accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  
  
  

Website Quality Assurance:

• Double-check everything before it goes live—make sure there’s no formatting weirdness, grammar slip-ups, or missing info.
• Do some regular checks to make sure everything’s looking good across all devices and browsers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep track of all the updates and changes you’ve made in a log.
• Help document how we do things so everyone’s on the same page with website updates.
• Collaborate closely with the team and communicate proactively about task progress, questions, or potential issues.
  
  
  

If you have…

• Enrolling in a bachelor’s degree, HBO level, in Dutch institutions in the Eindhoven region for Marketing or related fields;
• Be available at the latest in September
• Attention to detail and the ability to stick to content guidelines.
• Good communication skills and enjoys working with other teams.
• Fluent in English (all comms are in English); knowing French, Dutch, or Italian is a bonus.
• Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines like a pro.
• Positive and professional attitude, open to feedback, coaching, and learning from the team.
• Proactive mindset: comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and supporting where needed.
• Ability to keep task documentation updated daily to ensure clear tracking and visibility of ongoing work.
