Join us as a Business Consultant – and support the energy transition in the Netherlands - Breda

This is a business Consultant position focused on the new energy & power sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of managing key client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions to some of the most influential players in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support your existing clients in their recruitment needs
• Account management: managing client relationships, on-site visits, business reviews and client reporting
• Contractor workforce management – supporting contractor queries across onboarding and project lifecycle
• Recruitment Delivery: Recruiting, interviewing, and placing skilled technical professionals in roles.

• Client Engagement: Conducting face‑to‑face and virtual client meetings to build long‑term partnerships.

• Communication & Service: Maintaining strong communication and service levels with candidates and clients.

• Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with NES Fircroft processes and local legislation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an agency recruitment environment (mandatory).
• Must be fluent in both Dutch and English

• Confident communicator able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders.

• A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building a desk from scratch.

• Strong organisation skills; able to prioritise and multitask

• Team mindset with the desire to contribute to long‑term office growth.
