For our shoe extension store, located next to the main Hermès Amsterdam P.C. Hooftstraat store, we are currently looking for a Sales Associate.

What will your mission be?

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the store’s sales activity.

You will enchant every visitor with simplicity and generosity, delivering exceptional service at all times. You will adapt to each client, anticipate their needs, and strive to surprise and delight them.

You will focus on high-quality sales while developing strong client relationships during and after their in-store experience.

What will your daily life look like?

You will be the client’s first impression of Hermès, embodying simplicity and generosity at all times.

You provide excellent customer service adapted to the culture and personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment aligned with the Hermès brand image.

You contribute to developing the shoe métier, always ensuring product quality and service excellence.

You proactively reach out to current and potential clients to build and maintain relationships and inform them about new products and services.

You manage customer support from an omnichannel perspective.

You guide clients toward other Hermès métiers by thoughtfully directing them to the main store.

You identify and handle client enquiries and resolve concerns with care and professionalism.

You know how to polish, shine and care for shoes.

What will you need to be successful?

At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Experience in shoe sales is a strong asset.

A keen eye for trends and a genuine interest in fashion.

A natural passion for people and delivering exceptional service.

The ability to adapt to different cultures and a strong sense of empathy.

A team-player mindset with the drive to go the extra mile.

Fluency in Dutch and English.
