As a UX research intern you ‘ll be part of a team that investigates human experiences and behaviors with great care. With the aim to inspire design and product teams to make daring design decisions that resonate well with Miele and also leave a long-lasting impression on their customers.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB

  • Part of a dynamic UX team
  • Support with setting up tests and research for customer insights
  • Join creative user insights analysis sessions.
  • Support in creating user insight reports to inspire who needs to be inspired
  • Be coached by an experienced UX Researcher

WE EXPECT

  • Preferably a background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, or Computer Science.
  • Curiosity about people and their behavior
  • Creative and proactive with a can-do attitude and highly self-organize
  • Fluent in spoken and written (business) English
  • Availability: 4-6 months
  • Starting from September 1st, 2026
