Vintage Fashion Retail Management Internship - BOAS - #55887

BOAS is the fast vintage fashion platform that saves jeans from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to save lives. We're looking for our newest lifesaver to join us in Amsterdam to scale our operations.

To achieve more good, we are looking for a full-time intern for a 6-month internship to start ASAP on-site in Amsterdam.

What will you do?

• You’ll be responsible for managing our store in Rokin (Amsterdam).


• You help customers find their perfect vintage clothing.


• You help with the organization and the replenishment of the store.


• You advocate for BOAS and our mission to Save Fashion for Good


• You share your observations and feedback with the marketing and operations team, so we can continuously improve our services.

• Getting things done mindset


• Good communication skills, goal orientation and motivation


• Organizational talent


• IT affinity, confident use of MS Office


• Friendly behavior


• But most importantly: a normal office job is not enough for you and you want to actively do good in the world


• You live in or near Amsterdam


• Available 2 working days and Saturdays

• The salary is €200 based on 40hs per week + performance based commission (10% of sales over the baseline) If you work less you get paid less.
